Ivan Acosta is a true gem in the music scene. His extraordinary talent is seamlessly intertwined with striking looks and a powerful stage image. This rare combination creates real magic: Ivan captivates audiences and fans alike, imprinting his vivid presence deep in their hearts. Today, Ivan is actively involved in several projects. He plays guitar in the band Izvne, is a cast member of the musical “The Master and Margarita” produced by LK Opera, and is also developing his own metal project Ravenheim, where he brings his unique artistic vision. Beyond his work on stage, Ivan teaches Spanish and has been instructing students in violin performance for over seven years.
Ivan is originally from Mexico City. He has a formal musical education, holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering, and is soon to become a nanotechnology specialist
He began his musical career as a guitarist but later decided to study the violin. In 2014, Ivan joined the band Desirium as a guitarist. Thanks to his violin skills, he transformed the project into a folk metal band. In 2018, he chose to leave the group and pursue a solo career.
After moving to Kazan, Ivan became involved in various musical projects, including Random Reel, Tequila Cat, and Reactor. As a composer, he has been influenced by classical music, film soundtracks, as well as folk metal, black metal, death metal, and other genres. He uses music as a means of storytelling, creating atmosphere not only through words, but through sound itself.
